Firearms Buyer Rules

• Buyer must have valid photo identification
  

• $15 transfer fee per buyer (multiple guns can be done on each call)
  

• If transfer call results in a "declined" you are still responsible for the $15 transfer fee
  

• The actual winning bidder or buyer must pick up the gun. DO NOT bid using another person's number. Bring your bid ticket to be matched to the firearm (Brothers, Sisters, Wives, etc CANNOT pick them up for you)
  

• All hand guns sold to someon from out of state must be shipped to a qualifying FFL in that state and pay Sportsmans Lodge, Inc $25 for shipping and handling plus the $15 dealers FFL transfer fee
  

• All buyers must wait 48 hours after completion of auction to pick up guns
